House boat has been on the water for the past 25 yrs every season. Half of the roof is walkable. New rubber roof was put on 5 yrs ago. Ha s sink, fridge, flat screen tv, bathroom, stove. Diette fold to a bed and theres a real nice couch up front that folds to a bed. Take an outboard motor which it does not come with. Half was vinyl sided the other half isnt. Could use tlc or use it as we did.Hull does not leak a drop and transom is solid as a rock. Comes with trailer. Tires hold air but are not good.
