Up for auction is a completely original, fully preserved, 1959 Cutter Jet de Ville, Hull Number: CJD0159 -1065, powered by her original Mercury Mark 55 Thunderbolt Four, and riding on her original trailer. The engine has been restored to its original Merc Sunset Orange, which matches the boats gleaming, fully restored, Sunset Orange from rub rail up.
Before they started Owens Yacht Company the Owens brothers launched Cutter Boats, Inc. in Tell City, Indiana a their foray into the rapidly growing late 1950s Big Fin fiberglass sport boat market. The Jet de Ville model represented the best of the best designed and built at Cutter Boats Inc.

The winning bidder must pay a non-refundable $1,000 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of the auctions end. The balance is due within one week of the auctions close and must be paid by cash or certified check.
A Bill of Sale for the boat and trailer will be provided to the buyer when the balance due is paid in full.
The seller will keep the boat, engine and trailer in secure, inside storage.
Free local pick-up is provided. Or, in return for a fee of $250, we can arrange fortrucking in an enclosed transport trailer, the cost for which is the buyers responsibility.
