This incredible craft is truly a "One Of A Kind" here in the North Central Washington. It could easily be categorized as a "Limited Edition of One"?, although I don't know for sure there aren't a few somewhere in WA. I've lived in Washington State for 42 years & don't think I've seen anywhere, a boat that turns as many heads as this one. A real show stopper. I'm going to call it a "Craft" because that is what it is. Beautifully hand crafted over a period of 3 1/2 years from memory, no blue prints. At this point in time, I'm going to let the photos do the talking & will post as many as possible so you can get a good look. It comes equipped for 8 passengers. 8 life vests, 8 cushions, anchor and a 100' of line, air horn, side canvas curtains, extra long oars, yes this boat can be rowed. A 16 horse o.b. The introduction description pretty much sums it up although, there will be more to come after posted. Waiting for real life stories from friends and family that have used this incredible fun craft on lakes here in North Central Washington. Boat has always been garaged, or more appropriately barned, stored in a barn,and has nor been exposed to the weather except when in use or on display outside for sale. Right now as of May 19, 2017, the wood is in very good condition throughout, although, exterior & interior needs a little nutrition, a marine penetrating oil would begreat. Hi there--
I truly cannot afford this boat, but I was wondering if you knew anymore about the maker? Or the plans used to make this boat? I know it said that it was built without plans, but I'm sort of obsessed with this boat! It's exactly what I imagined when I started looking for one, but this is the only one I've seen. We just moved to a lake area in upstate NY and I can't find anything else I like. I'm thinking maybe I'll try to build one like this. If you know anything at all about it, I'd love to hear! It's just amazing.
