This is a must-see house boat hand built from the potoons up, equipped with on the roof solar panel, dry flush toilet, 12-volt cooler, 12-volt trolling motor as well as a 40-horsepower Mercury Mariner motor, it also has a 30-gallon fresh water tank and a propane tank, not to mention usable stove and oven full sink and dinette. It is equipped with all coast guard approved safety equipment and has fish finding capabilities it sleeps 4 adults, you will need for nothing while on the water. Length 24 foot long with additional extending platform in front, GV weight 7100 including trailer, approximately 700lbs tongue.
