Custom Built 112 Passenger Paddle Wheel

True paddle wheel driven dinner cruise boat or sight seeing commercial boat rated for 112 passengers. Was built in 1983 in Joliet, IL. Single diesel engine driving hydraulic system to the paddle wheel and single diesel genset. Over $50K spent in drydock in 2014/2015. Coast Guard COI through 2017 (see attached). Was taken out of service in May of last year (2015) so I assume she will need tohave her annualinspection to go active again.

She needs mostly cosmetics and the interior needs a basic and complete remodel (carpet, some drywall, bathrooms are out dated, wood on bar needs varnished, etc.) First set of pictures were taken just a few days ago and the last few pictures are from events over the past few years (2012-2014). We have been through most of the mechanical systems and all the systems are intact and the main engine and generator were both just serviced and run strong. The main engine is externally mounted with a closed loop cooling system so she's very low maintenance and could not be easier to access.

Main salon layout is double entry doors with both mens and womans restrooms on each side, a large open dining area, and a bar in the rear with ice machine, soda system, etc. The entire center of the floor in front of the bar is a finished basement with hatch that can hold all daily supplies, stores, etc. Top deck is all open with direct access to the pilot house.
