We bought this boat 5 years ago after a estate was settled, it sat on the hard for 4 1/2 years and was sold as a project boat and needed a lot of attention. when we finally got her shipped to my house in fall of 2015 we started on her that winter to get her ready to launch for spring of 2016 and have upgraded or replaced a lot of stuff each winter since purchase. early spring of 2016 I cleaned the fuel, primed the motors and had a volvo tech guy drive 80 miles to check for codes and we fired them right up. we found a leak in the starboard engine turbo and bought a new one not rebuilt. it also had a oil leak on the hub seal for the harmonic balancer on the port motor which was replaced.it also has a cracked exhaust manifold on the starboard motor but the boat is operational. the bilge was a mess and was cleaned thoroughly and we were able to splash may of 2016.since then at the end of every season and during the winter we have done the following... new glass top stove, new galley sink faucet, new galley floor and carpet, new 11 gallon water heater, new microwave, 3 new flat screen tvs one in each stateroom and one in living room, new 60amp 3 bank battery charging system, 2 new 8D batteries (2018),new trim tab pump, new bilge pumps, new forward shower sump, new canvas tops (sides are original),new teak decking on swim platform and steps, new 4 step swim ladder and rebuilt motor for the windlass. boat is powered by twin 430HP Volvo TAMD72EDC diesels with 1350 hours it had 980 hours when we bought it.2 state rooms,2 heads (vacu-flush), ac /heat all work as they should.it has a Garman 5200 series with depth, sonar, radar and autopilot. the autopilot lites up but the rudder control arm is seized up and I never used it on the St. Lawrence river. generator is a 10kw kohler and the gen. head is junk and was at time of purchase. the 3 cylinder yanmar motor runs great and the gen head has been removed. our plans at the end of the 2019 season was to finish the gen. and replace the exhaust manifold on the starboard engine and wet sand and finish buffing her out (I started wet sanding and buffing at our slip but could only reach so much) I removed all the deck hardware to be ready in the fall and had lined up a friend with a boom truck to lift the deck off that covers the engine room to make it easier to work on but do to low water my hauler could not pull it at boat ramp we normally use(6 miles away) and then our Saturday oversize permit expired at noon so I drove the boat up river to a marina 22 miles away and had it hauled out there and ended storing there so I could not do any work last winter.so if you are DIY person this is all this boat needs.. Kohler parts are 3900.00 counting shipping (no core) Volvo gave me a quote of 3800.00 for the exhaust manifold( I go thru Volvo at sea and ski marine in Huntington Beach,Calif. our future plans were to do more teak stuff on the walk arounds, carpet in the cockpit area and eventually get new dash stuff from cruisers. BUT then this covid crap started and with work related issues I had to use my parts money to survive and the way it looks right now retirement is going to come earlier than expected. We have enjoyed this boat and hate to give it up but it is what it is. boat is our slip right now and will hauled out around the first week of oct and we spent little time on this year she needs a good bath (lots of spider poop) hopefully if I get the time I will get her washed or hire it done. if you go on yachtworld there is only a hand full of these for sale anywhere from 90k to 119k for the same year. NADA and BUC value have it at low retail at 84k and high retail is at 95k.my insurance company has it at 87500. also included is a 8 foot inflatable with a 2 stroke merc 5 hp. and davits. the merc. has not been run in 3 years so you will have get old gas out and clean the lines and go with fresh gas, motor has approximately 35 hrs. winning bidder will need to make a 1000.00 deposit thru pay pal and is totally refundable if you feel I misrepresented this ad in anyway. We sold our 36 foot regal on classifieds board the same way. I will also throw in storage at my place, winterization and shrink wrap if you need time to find a slip. I can arrange shipping with my hauler and you will need 1 escort because of 14 foot beam, the radar arch is at 13.8 with everything removed. my hauler has a deep well trailer and you only have to remove props. contact us thru classifieds board with any questions...sold as is where is and no warranties implied......NO TIRE KICKERS OR AGENTS OR BROKERS and I just listed it locally and good luck !
