The model is the 20 Aqua Casa. You can find their website for more information. The companies basic concept was to have a small houseboat the is easily trailerablethat can be used as a camper while in route to the next body of water. The boat is very stable and easy to drive but not meant for open water or big waves. The Doghouse is happiest on calm backwaters and tranquil coves and does not like rough seas, waves and wind. This is not an open water boat.This extremely rare and one of a kind boat gets LOTS(!) of attention at the lake! It is always the most popular boat at the lake and a real head turner! If you are the type of person with a penchant for the unique, then look no further.Back when we had our boat slip, we were surrounded by boats worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, yet "The Doghouse" was always the most popular boat and received lots of compliments and inquiries.We have always thought this would be a perfect short term BnB style rental on one of the short -term rental platforms as it is so unique and the "WOW!" factor is off the charts!Immaculately engineered and constructed. The fit and finish is absolutely amazing, very high quality construction. We bought it from the original builder who, due to health reasons was unable to use it. The boat has had only minimal use on a few evening cruises. The shower has never even been used and many of the custom made cushions are still in their new plastic wrap. The boat is now parked on dry land on its trailer and ready for a new adventure!Features and Amenities:Boat features a covered front deck, a salon with dining and additional seating (seating converts to beds) a galley kitchen with ample custom built cabinetry storage, a shower area and a large interior closet, a small back deck with additional closet storage, a large top deck with a built in bench seat complete with umbrella pocket.Some additionalfeatures:

To have a trailer like this custombuilt today would cost several thousand dollars.Outboard Motor: 1998 Johnson 35hp 2 stroke motor that starts and runs reliably.Terms and Removal: The boat is located at our home near Fort Scott Kansas and it will need to be picked up at our location.
