Concorde Sport Fisher

This auction is for a 33 foot 1969 Concorde Sport Fisher. It sleeps 6 , 4 comfortably. Has a full working galley with 3 burner gas (propane)stove and under counter refrigerator/ freezer. Also a full head with shower,sink and marine toilet. On board 6 gallon water heater (120 volt) and 40 gallon fresh water tank with 12volt supply pump. When dockside the boat is powered by 30 amp 120 volt electrical service providing complete cabin heat and air conditioning with the on board marine reverse cycle heat pump.Compressor on this system was replaced two seasons ago. 120 volt water pump for this system was replaced toward the end of last season. There is also a city water hook up for fresh water. The exterior of the boat was redone on the bridge , gunnels and bow to include all new decking and fiberglass 3 seasons ago. The fish/sitting deck was redone 5 seasons ago. The boat is powered by 2 Flagship chevy 350's. The starboard motor runs great and the port motor needs replaced. It seized at the end of the season last year. It has been prepped and is ready to pull. Just like all boats , there is always something to do. !! It was completely winterized last fall. I Have done a lot of work to this boat to get her in this condition and it is a solid boat for someone not afraid to put a little effort into getting her going again. It is presently siting on the hard at a marina in north Maryland. All marina fees are current and paid . There are no outstanding bills owed on this boat . I own it free and clear. Once won on classifieds board you will be required to pay immediately through PayPal and arrange to sign all documents required by myself and the State of Maryland. At that time you will also be required to make arrangements at the marina to store the boat or haul it away. It can be placed on a hydraulic trailer and transported , but it would be expensive due to the size of the boat. Needless to say , shipping will NOT BE INCLUDED in this sale.
