Folks, this is a grand lady that made her owner alot of money in the Chartering Business running trips to the Bahamas and back. She was also featured in past CSI Miami Episodes about 8 years ago. Now, you have the opportunity to own her and make her your own.She truly is a live aboard while you re-fit her project boat. (The interior re-fit/ re-decorate will be yours to finish to your taste)She is a USCG Documented boat. The Marina/Boatyard where she is currently located is a true work/live aboard boat yard. Home Depot, West Marine, Ace Hardware, and a huge wholesale boat parts warehouse is all located within about 5 miles, and if the wholesale boat parts warehouse does not have what you need, then you just plain did not need it.The Marina/Boatyard supplies Electricity (30AMP), water, showers, and bathrooms for the tenants. Also, this yacht would be perfect to re-fit and set up on Air BnB, you would make a fortune....O.k. that's about it, if you have any others questions, or just want to shoot the crap, gimme a call....phone LeeThe boat is being sold As Is - Where Is...no warranty implied or otherwise. No Returns, Deposit is Non-Refundable because if you do not finish paying I will have to re-list and pay classifieds board again....Not fair if you do not pay.REMEMBER this yacht is a USCG Documented Yacht, and so the buyer will receive an Official USCG Bill of Sale. The Yacht is also advertised locally, so I reserve the right to end this sale without notice if Yacht sells locally.
Many questions have been asked that I believe the answers to will benefit everyone interested.
1. A/C Units: There are 3 Units; 1 fairly new (working); 1 not too old (working but needs service); 1 needs replaced.
2. No Bow or Stern Thrusters.
3. The boat suffered some storm damage while on the hard to the upper fly bridge Bimini Top and to the fiberglass where Bimini was attached will need Bimini and fiberglass repair which work is under way.
4. The 8V71TI Detroits run excellent are in great condition. The engines are run every week for a few minutes.
5. 3 new Bilge pumps were installed within last 12 months.
6. Both prop shafts and props are in excellent condition. (no warps)
7. The bottom does NOT have any damage!, YES, it needs the bottom re-painted, and yes, that work is already included in the sales price.
8. The Diesel Generator (1) needs rebuilding? never ran it, will not start (but does in fact turn over and tries to start. (might be a simple fix actually)
9. The transmissions are in excellent condition and operate as they should.
10. The Detroits do need attention as far as new hoses and clamps. (I navigated the boat from Ft. Lauderdale to Ft. Pierce no issues at all, however I would not do it again without replacing ALL engine hoses and clamps.
11. No new interior restorative work has been performed since the boat was hauled and blocked on the hard. (except install of deck drains to help keep rain water out of bilges)(need completing).
12. The boat has the pilot house control station and the flybridge control station, there is a leak in the hydraulic steering lines, small leak but will need to be addressed ( repair work is under way). Also, the transmission shifters are only operational from flybridge at this time, the 'switch box' that allows to change controls from flybridge to pilot house needs maintenance (work is scheduled).
13. There are 2 small soft spots in the pilot house deck at the port and starboard door thresholds, due to prior standing water in those areas, which is why I installed the 2 new deck drains at those locations to stop the water from pooling in those areas, and the water damage is being repaired.
14. New 8D batteries installed within last 6 months and are currently being maintained by battery charger.
15. New 60 AMP on board battery charger installed within last 18 months.
16. 2 new 70 gallon fresh water tanks are in place under Master Stateroom bed but will need to finish connections.
17. The topsides of the Yacht are currently being sanded, repaired and will be painted.
18. All new Non-skid will be installed.
