Folks, this is a grand lady that made her owner alot of money in the Chartering Business running trips to the Bahamas and back. She was also featured in past CSI Miami Episodes about 8 years ago. Now, you have the opportunity to own her and make her your own.I bought her when she was moored behind the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale about a year ago. she had been moored there for about 8 years and never left the dock at that time. After servicing her Detroit's I and a friend navigated her up to Ft. Pierce Florida where she was hauled, bottom cleaned, and blocked. She ran fantastic! and the Detroit's just sounded amazing. I bought her with full intent to re-fit her and retire on her, but life, as it is, has other plans and threw a couple curve balls at me, so I need to hand her off to someone who will take care of her and show her the Love she deserves.Folks, I can not tell you how it pains me to sell her, after going through her stem to stern I quickly realized what a great yacht she is. Built like a battle ship to say the lest.Yes, she does need updating, but all systems are there, and her AC and DC systems are working, Water system is working, Water heater is working, showers are working Kitchen is operational, Refrigerators and Freezers working...and the crews quarters bunks are very comfortable! I know I have slept on them. Her decks and stringers are in great shape no soft decks or stringers, all solid.with exception of two small soft areas at the pilot house door sills (easy to fix). She truly is a live aboard while you re-fit her project boat. She is a USCG Documented boat. The Marina/Boatyard where she is currently located is a true work/live aboard boat yard.Home Depot, West Marine, Ace Hardware, and a huge wholesale boat parts warehouse is all located within about 5 miles, and if the wholesale boat parts warehouse does not have what you need, then you just plain did not need it.The Marina/Boatyard supplies Electricity (30AMP), water, showers, and bathrooms for the tenants. My loss, your gain, because she is already where she needs to be to re-fit her and the storage agreement is transferable to you. Its about 500.00 per month (she is a big boat folks - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for you land lubbers looking to quit the rat race and become a pirate and see the world).Folks this yacht will be worth over $160,000.00 after her re-fit, and if you are handy or an avid Youtuber most all work can be self performed and save you 10's of thousands of dollars, and remember to always check classifieds board for great deals on materials! I know that this Yacht can be re-fit and updated for about 35-45k and she would be amazing again. The Instruments are all outdated, but I never intended to buy those expensive instruments when now you can download Navigational Apps for the Ipad, which are free or almost free and most sail boaters now only use their IPads for navigation and chart plotting...check it out and google it......no need to spend that kind of money anymore....Also, this yacht would be perfect to re-fit and set up on Air BnB, you would make a fortune....O.k. that's about it, if you have any others questions, or just want to shoot the crap, gimme a call....phone LeeTo schedule a walk through of the Yacht please contact my friend Mike Sloan, his Number: phone, or phone. Mike works at the Marina/Boatyard so easy for him to show the Yacht. The boat is being sold As Is - Where Is...no warranty implied or otherwise. No Returns, Deposit is Non-Refundable because if you do not finish paying I will have to re-list and pay classifieds board again....Not fair if you do not pay.REMEMBER this yacht is a USCG Documented Yacht, and so the buyer will receive an Official USCG Bill of Sale. The Yacht is also advertised locally, so I reserve the right to end this sale without notice if Yacht sells locally.
On Jul-28-18 at 18:24:16 PDT, seller added the following information:UPDATE JULY 28:Many questions have been asked that I believe the answers to will benefit everyone interested.1. A/C Units: There are 3 Units; 1 fairly new (working); 1 not too old (working but needs service); 1 needs replaced.2. No Bow or Stern Thrusters.3. The boat suffered some storm damage while on the hard to the upper fly bridge Bimini Top and to the fiberglass where Bimini was attached will need Bimini and fiberglass repair (about 4k to replace Bimini and fiberglass repair by contractor, if you have fiberglass skill, then considerably less)4. The 8V71TI Detroits run excellent are are in great condition. The engines are run every week for a few minutes.5. 3 new Bilge pumps were installed within last 12 months.6. Both prop shafts and props are in excellent condition. (no warps)7. The bottom does NOT have any damage!, YES, it needs the bottom job completed!8. The Diesel Generator (1) needs rebuilding? never ran it, will not start. in other words it is there but no idea concerning condition.9. The transmissions are in excellent condition and operate as they should.10. The Detroits do need attention as far as new hoses and clamps. (I navigated the boat from Ft. Lauderdale to Ft. Pierce no issues at all, however I would not do it again without replacing ALL engine hoses and clamps.11. No new restorative work has been performed since the boat was hauled and blocked on the hard. (except install of deck drains to help keep rain water out of bilges)(need completing).12. The boat has the pilot house control station and the flybridge control station, there is a leak in the hydraulic steering lines, small leak but will need to be addressed. Also, the transmission shifters are only operational from flybridge at this time, the 'switch box' that allows to change controls from flybridge to pilot house needs maintenance.13. There are 2 small soft spots in the pilot house deck at the port and starboard door thresholds, due to prior standing water in those areas, which is why I installed the 2 new deck drains at those locations to stop the water from pooling in those areas, but the water damage will need repaired but the areas are maybe 1 foot by 18"? each at the doors.14. New 8D batteries installed within last 6 months and are currently being maintained by battery charger.15. New 60 AMP on board battery charger installed within last 18 months.16. 2 new 70 gallon fresh water tanks are in place under Master Stateroom bed but will need to finish connections.Any other questions please feel free to contact me phone
