Chris Crfat Catalina 25 Sedan

This is a renovated boat with Cad 48k investment. I bought a 1975 Chris Craft hall and it was rebuilt to travel in the mediteranean ocean. Everything inside was replaced with new materials. Engine is diesel international 6.9.This boat is a beauty, please see pictures. Cooling system is antifreeze with a heat exchange. Engine has now less than 200 hours. No tarps to bother with the weather. It has a system with joy stick installed for bow jets. Steering wheel is on left, one of my crazy ideas. A small table can be used outside, for cooking (see pictures) 115 Volts on deck or propane.It has 2 slinding doors at entrance and also slinding mosquito screen doors( not installed).Every hose in this boat, sucking or draining water has a safety valve to prevent surprises and feel secure. in case you have to leave the boat in the water, without assistance for a long time.It has 2 heating fans, entrance to bedroom and under captain chair ran by the engine. Just open the valves and adjust the heat. Also has 2 builge pumps together 1500 gallons/m.Dual axle trailer included, rated for 12K LB.
