First of all, this boat is a spin off of an Apache Brave. After the breakup of the partnership of Apache boats in the late 90s, one partner started making Cherokee boats that only lasted for one model year 1998. This boat is titled a 1997 Im guessing because it was one of Erics first boats that he built in late 97. Someone in the boat manufacturing loop could give more info than me.

This boat started out being all white w/ white interior. The guys decided it was boring & needed a make over. Rick Spade of Spade Kreations decided to go with a theme style to the boat.

John Watts did a very slick job laying down the DuPont Hot Hues base paint. Then traveling artist Josh Shaw did an unbelievable air brush job on all the graphics. The interior was a Spade Kreations design w/ Greg Stevens helping out on the stitching & fitting. Staying with the gun theme, the seats have shotgun brass for buttons.

The electronics were supplied by Kicker & installed by Spades. Alpine XM ready, CD receiver, w/ 20 - 6 Kicker round Marine speakers 4 - 10 Kicker Marine Subs 1 - 12 Solo Kicker Marine Sub 2 - 1,500 Amps 2 - 1,250 Amps 1 - 850 Amp Boat is actually a floating stereo system.

Bob Mace of JTM Performance in Canton, OH did a complete rebuild of the engines. Boat came with 502/500HPs & had 280 Hours at time of rebuild. Bob installed all the performance mods including the 871 BDS superchargers & dynod the engines at just over 850 HP each, 10 percent under driven on premium pump gas. The engines have about 25 hours use & are very tame idling for long periods around the dock. We were at the party cove for the Cumberland Poker run last year & was at an idle for hours in that mess of boats & the motors never spit, coughed or smoked once! I watched a lot of other go-fast boats back there that couldnt say that.

Trailer is a Custom painted 1997 Eagle that has 7 - 20 Velocity 8 lug wheels. Wheel bearings & brakes have been serviced & is ready to be pulled.

This boat has won many awards & has been in several magazines. It won the DupPont Hot Hues Challenge in 2006 & was the November picture in the DuPont calendar. Its been in Hot Boat, Extreme Boat, Poker Runs America, only boat to ever be in Dub magazine, been in 4x4 magazine being towed by one of Spades tricked out trucks, won several Cavalcade of Custom shows.

We recommend that you come & inspect the vehicle or have a third party inspection prior to bidding. Once vehicle is paid for & released to the buyer or agents transporting for buyer there will be no refunds or renegotiations of price. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within 3 business days of the end of the auction, he/she may lose the place as winning bidder.

At end of auction, winning bidder must:

1) contact us or reply to our e-mail within 24 hours and

2) we must receive your $2000. (US) money order (deposit) within five (5) days of end of auction. Entire transaction must be completed within ten (10) days of end of auction or we reserve the right to nullify the sale. If you come to get the boat and find the boat not to be as described we will refund the deposit. This is a guideline to follow & not absolute. I will work with any serious buyer if they have trouble w/ time allowed & keep in contact with us.

To protect us from fraud, you will need to pay for the vehicle during normal banking hours so our bank can verify the funds of the transaction.

We will accept cash (in person), verifiable money order or verifiable cashier's check - checks & money orders to be cleared by our bank prior to the release of the boat & title. No scammers, we hold everything in our possession until all funds clear. OK, so we're paranoid, deal with it. We will not reveal the reserve, don't ask.
