The company that I work for is relocating me inland for work, I would love to sell this perfect economical live aboard trawler to the right person. The aft cabin creates a relatively huge living space below the upper deck. She is powered by a single 100hp yanmar diesel (4jh2-Dte) that sips fuel. The engine has 4000 hours on it, and is in excellent condition. The original fuel tank is disconnected, but in good shape. There is a new auxiliary fuel tank that is currently connected and holds about 50 gallons, perfect for intacoastal cruising.She is immediately livable and sailable. The master cabin and galley/salon in the process of being remodeled. Most of the hard work has been done. She is just waiting for the right handy person to make her their home. My fiance and I are currently sleeping in the forward cabin (pictured) which is all original and in very good condition.I have recently installed brand new wet exhaust hoses and connectors. Also, the master cabin floor has been remodeled and floor plan reconstructed to accommodate a queen size bed. The deck need to be injected to fix a couple of soft spots. The previous owner had covered the deck with seadeck. This was done incorrectly which caused water to soften parts of the deck. She needs TLC, but is a perfect start to a waterfront tiny home. She is currently in a slip at a boat shop that allows you to work on her while in the water. The slip is paid for until the fall. I will list all electronics and extras below. Priced to sell.
