Please let me know if you really have an interest and want to see the vessel. As it can be seen here in Washington State I may take it to San Diego, California or Mexico. Not sure where I want to keep it if it doesn't sell. It makes since to keep it down south since I live there.
1981 CHB 41. Very well known around here and condition is very good in my opinion. Price $65,000 or make offer, may take a car partial. Brokers have it for sale at $79,500 and the value is even greater then that. I also need to sell due to health. I am 75 now and have vertigo. But If it doesn't sell soon I may take it to San Diego and soon anyway. So let me know soon if you have an interest. You will not find one of these in this good of condition at this price. There are lots of manuals and 3 ring folders on just about everything on this vessel. Very well done by the previous owner. I am also keeping up the new log book but old logs books are here. The previous owner was very meticulous about keeping records and he did an incredible job of doing that. Even the batteries have Battery Spg @ 60 Deg F vs Percent Charge Charts? Receipts, explanatory papers. There are many books, manuals, service papers, etc on just about everything I think. Full blast Trumpet Air Horn installed. Newer Coleman 800 watt Power inverter. Galvanic Isolator. Nice newer Power Cord plus. Extras. Speed Runs at different speeds chart and burn rates and he found that run at approx 1600 RPMs was the best speed for burn rate at about 8-9kts. There is a wonderful (looks professional) book about her he has put together from the time you get on board to operating the vessel and everything on board and how it works adn how they should be operated and how you should teach other. Very well done and extensive. The bottom was painted less then 2 years ago. The bottom is in great condition, just cleaned. Zincs are 70% good. More info at: email or phone for more info.
