1978, 35' CHB trawler , fiberglass made in Taiwan, legendary Ford Lehman 120 HP overhauled with all new exhaust system about 450 hours ( spins freely but doesn't wanna start as of 2 months ago, will need a had gasket) , VHF radios and new electric panels and wiring ...3 new 4D batteries , new charger/ invertor ......boat bottom perfect ....all interior nicely redone, new wood panels , lights , beautiful bath with vacu flash head, shower ..new pumps and water heater with plumbing ....New water tanks and holding tank,,..full size Sanyo fridge , TV marine antennae , Boss Stereo ...needs outside cosmetic work, sending, painting little fiberglass work too, galley....teak needs to be removed....the engine will need a new head gasket ..it gave up about 2 months ago ..very low price!!!....if you don't buy , don't bid !!!...questions phone.... inspections encouraged before the end of action.......located in marina Puerto Salina 30 min south of San Diego / Tijuana border right of the Mexican Scenic view freeway, for $250/month where you can work on the boat without any restriction !!!...you will also find Mexican labor available for $25/day .water , electric , internet, liveaboard included too.....and what a paradise vacation place !!!!----thanks..
