Less than 500 original hours----1 of 1 in existence----I am selling my boat, I love it but I am looking for a muscle car again and something needs to go. I have included
the description below that my boat broker put together. I know it is a long read but well worth. I could not have said
it any better myself. The boat is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I have described
it to the best of my ability. No warranty offered, sold as is/where is. I require a $500 down payment through paypal within 24 hours. I would suggest coming to look at this in person, you will not be disappointed. This is literally a one of a kind boat! It is currently still winterized but will be water ready soon. I have one pictures of the engines during winterization. It needs nothing! Depending on thesale price I may be able to help with shipping.Email ANY questions you may have. I will promptly get back to you. Clear titles in hand for both boat and trailer. This is a boat that you can buy at a fraction of the price of new and never worry about seeing another like it!! Gets an amazing amount of attention on the trailer or on the water andsounds like two 350hp327ci 1969 camaro's idling!!! You know the sound......Thanks for looking! Plus: It comes with 2 covers, 1 storage and one for mooring. It also has a brand new bimini top! I put new batteries in it last fall. I alsohad the tilt/trim pump motors rebuilt last fall. It has a CD player with remote too. It even has a fresh water flush system to rinse salt water from theengines. There is a folder with thousands of dollars in service and repair receipts also. It comes with one extra large "Warlock Racing" decal youcould use on the back window of your tow vehicle and it is a lot of boat to tow!!------I am somewhat of a motivated seller as I have found a couple cars I like. That
being said contact me if interested with any questions you have. I will listen to all emails.-------This boat was manufactured by Charger Custom Boats of Southern California. This DOES NOT SEEM to be the CHARGER company that currently builds bass and fishing boats! It looks like Tom Stollar used the Charger Custom Boat factory to make some of his early boats! Tom's boats were marketed under the name WARLOCK, a company he founded later! I am still making phone calls to verify some of the history, but this appears to be one of Mr. Stoller's very early hand made boats! This boat was built in 1979! It has less than 500 original hours!!!! It has been kept in "showroom" condition, and presents with a modern day appeal and a nostalgic look and feel!Interestingly, this boat has twin small block Chevy 350 engines! The engines have Rochester quadrajet carburetors widely used on GM "muscle cars" ... another throw back to the 70's. To be perfectly honest, this is the first Warlock boat I have seen. They have an excellent history in offshore racing as both modified V, and Cat hulls. I did a good amount of research on Warlock, and this boat in particular. Warlock was founded and built by Tom Stoller in California. Tom seems to still be active in racing boats on the west coast, For years he and his team were front runners in offshore racing. I was able to have a nice chat with the original owner of this boat who is a personal friend of Mr. Stoller. The original owner claims he helped Tom Stoller build this particular boat to his specifications! His desire was to have a fast, efficient boat with what he termed "bullet proof" small blocks and reliable Volvo out drives! Mission accomplished! High performance small block 350 Chevy V-8 engines driving Volvo 280 out drives! There are receipts from this owner having the fuel "pumped out" after using the boat! Truly, the original owner did everything possible to keep this boat in the very best of conditions! The boat was used in an open competition from the west coast to Catalina Island and back.... Not just any competition, someone had to be behind the boat water skiing for all 62 miles!!! In the owner's words.... "It was a long day!"The boat was sold a gentleman in Kansas. This second owner operated a U-Haul truck and trailer franchise. He upgraded all 7 tires to a special tire made for U-Haul trailers. These tires are strong, yet pull easily, ride smoothly, and produce outstanding tread wear! He also added the "pull up" cleats to the bow.The current owner traded a racing vehicle for this boat. This is a great boat, with all of charm, and nostalgia of the late 1970's! She is efficient, comfortable, and made to go out when most 30 footers stay tied to the dock! If you have ever been on a conventional 30 footer in 3 to 5 foot swells, you understand what I am saying! Like most offshore hulls, this boat is probably faster in chop than it is on flat water! This hull is made to get on top of the water, and run from to swell to swell smoothly and efficiently, with little bounce, and great stability. Cruising at 45 mph finds this boat running easy, efficiently, and effortlessly. Add some chop to reduce drag, and it only gets better! When conventional 30 footers are reducing speed and lowering trim tabs to make the bow cut thru rough water, an offshore hull does what it was made to do... Stay flat, and stay on top! So on those weekends when your neighbors stay tied to the dock, this Warlock will give you the freedom to get out and go! The fit and function of this craft makes a visual statement of a time when men were men, and their toys were loud, bold and made a statement about their owners! The graphics on her, have stood the test of time! She has a top speed of 65, and cruises well at 45 MPH! Her speed and ability to handle chop make her a great fit for those who want "to get away" on their time table! This boat will get you there and back in half or less time than a "conventional" boat, burn less fuel, provide a much wider window of "acceptable" weather conditions. She has a narrow 8 ft beam, and trailers easily! The entire boat, both inside and out demands attention! It would be great to watch the faces of other boaters who have no idea of what this boat really is! Her interior decor just makes people want to look more! This boat has no sinks or toilet facilities. There is a space in the cabin where a port-a-potty could be placed, if desired. The generous swim platform, swim ladder, and rear lounge covering the entire engine room invite boaters to take advantage of lonely stretches of beach. Take friends on a day trip, or to your favorite stretch of beach... In style, in comfort, and with more time to enjoy your destinations in this "blast from the past"!This craft fits the life style of people who enjoy having something unique. I would be amazed if there was another one like this anywhere! My overall opinion.... Cool boat, great trailer, and the price makes it even better! I know some have been asking about shipping costs. I just checked on some transport costs and used Indiana to Florida for an estimate. They came in between $850-$1200.
