CHAPPARAL 244

I have owned this classic 1976 244 Chapparal boat since 1989. It has always been kept under a shelter and is in very good condition for her age. About 8 yrs ago I removed the engine, which is a 351 Ford engine, for a rebuild. I had the block bored .20 over and the crank was turned .10 rods and .10 mains. I also bought (2) remanufactured cylinder heads. I got busy with other projects and stored it away to get back to when I had the time to finish, which just didnt seem to ever come around. So, the engine needs to be put back together. The Mercruiser outdrive was working great when I pulled the engine and is included too.

This is a great cruising or fishing boat (has 2 built in bait wells at the back of boat) with a deep V Hull.

There is a cuddly cabin that will sleep 2 people and has a porta-potty.

It is sitting on a 26 ft Cox trailer that has a working electric winch. The brakes and lights also worked fine the last time it was used.

I have a title for the boat and one for the trailer.

This is an excellent deal for a very rare boat.
