CATARMARAN CRUISER Lil HOBO Weekender

Factory Refurbished 8' by 27' 1988 CATARMARAN CRUISER Lil HOBO WEEKENDER Tri-toon Fiberglass Houseboat in Excellent Condition with a good older used 70 HP 2-Stroke MERCURY Outboard Motor and a Bunk Trailer. This is a trailerable houseboat that is road legal on all roads in all states. It has a sleeper sofa which can be converted into a bed. It has a dining booth and a kitchenette with a sink, stove top, ice box and some cabinets. It also has a little enclosed bathroom with a porta potti. There is a lot of room on the front deck. There is enough room on the front deck to set up a good sized tent to sleep in or for several people to sleep on air mattresses or foam pads if the weather is good. Or we could put a couple of nice sofa type bench seats on the front deck like we put on our new and refurbished pontoon boats or else we could put several swivel fishing seats or captain's chairs on the front deck for an extra amount; but we left it open for now because some people like it one way or another. It is set up to be connected to shore power. However, it does not have a generator, although one could always put in sometime. The cabin has two sliding glass doors in the front and back. It also has 4 sliding glass windows with screens. There aren't any cracks in any of the sliding glass doors or windows. This houseboat and motor were in use last summer and fall. The motor started right up and ran real good all last summer and was still running good when it was loaded onto the trailer this fall. It was winterized. We can put a new or used 4-Stroke Motor on it; but then it will cost considerably more. It comes with a 1989 heavy duty bunk trailer which was specifically made for this houseboat. I towed it over 300 miles on this trailer and it pulled real well. This houseboat and motor has never been in any salt water. This boat and trailer are currently registered in Minnesota until 2018. The titles for this house boat and trailer are both clear without any liens on them.Please Note: We have another a little bigger 8x28' Lil HOBO Houseboat that has a set of narrow bunk beds in the cabin we just finished refurbishing and we are in the process of refurbishing an even bigger 10' by 30' Catarmaran Cruiser Houseboat. We also have a newer 2005 8' by 30' Lil HOBO with a 60 HP Mercury 4-Stroke Motor and Trailer available; but it obviously costs a lot more than this one.
