31 Foot Lil' Hobo Houseboat by Catamaran Cruisers. Year: 200060 Horsepower 2 Stroke Yamaha Outboard. Year: 2002Boat Trailer - Tandem Axle Galvanized.Boat has been in freshwater its whole life. In very good condition for its age. The boat is all original factory furnishings and layout except the couch on the forward port side was moved to the back where the bed was and the bed was removed. This couch converts to a bed. Where the couch was a countertop was added to extend the kitchen work area. Also, a propane grill was added to the front deck.It has a dinette table that converts to a bed and a couch that converts to a bed in the back so it will easily sleep 4.The is a propane water heater, propane cook top and propane refrigerator that tie into a 20 gallon tank that sits in the fuel box on the back deck.Has complete 30 Amp 110 Volt hookup that runs air conditioner / heater and lights / outlets.Has sewage holding tank that the toilet empties into. The gray water from the sinks and shower drains directly overboard.There is a built-in water tank with pump that supplies all the various outlets.The dry weight for the boat is 4400 pounds. The engine is about 250 pounds. The following are items that are broken:1. There was a previous water leak at the right front corner of the cabin. There is also a similar issue at the left rear corner of the ceiling over the toilet. The leak has been repaired but the ceiling still hangs an inch low in the corner.2. One of the windows has a crack in the glass. Nothing very bad just a single crack.3. The back deck is cracked around the ballast tank access on the port side. This can easily be repaired with a diamond plate cut to fit this area. The bad area is about 12" x 12".4. There is a soft spot in the interior plywood floor just inside the rear door. A 12" x 12" piece of plywood needs to be replaced.5. At the right sidewall in the rear behind the couc there is some rot. the bad area can be cut out from the inside and patched back without extensive cosmetic work.Overall the boat is in very good condition. It was just used in freshwater so there is no rust or corrosion. The outboard looks brand new inside.This item is for pickup only.
