Nice 2004 8' by 30' CATARMARAN CRUISER Lil HOBO VAGABOND Fiberglass Pontoon House boat with 2003 90 HP Yamaha Outboard Motor including a Heavy Duty Galvanized Steel Trailer. It is a trailerable houseboat that is road legal on all roads. The motor has less than 160 hours use. Included is a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator (freezer) and flat screen TV that are all in good working order. It sleeps up to 6 with a dining booth that converts into a bed, a pullout sofa bed and a full sized bed in the rear. The enclosed bathroom has a flushable Thetford Electra Magic toilet and shower (a portable on demand propane water heater is included). It has fresh water and black water holding tanks with an additional grey water holding tank added within a bulkhead. The rear deck includes a water slide. The upper deck offers high side rails for stability. Windows, doors and screens are in good shape. Shore power cord is included. The boat is currently docked in Louisa, Kentucky. We are retired and have enjoyed it since 2007. New flooring was installed last year. The buy it now price includes a like new 3000 watt Yamaha generator.
