This houseboat was a 2013 year model left over. It was actually purchased brand-new in June 2016 . It has 2-39 foot foam filled catamaranhulls that have been bottom painted. It was put into service with a brand-new 150 hp Mercury four stroke engine, that is still under Mercury factory warranty until June 2019. The boat looks absolutely like brand-new inside and out. It wasNOTa live aboard,we use it as a vacation place. It has left the dock six times, it has less than15 hours. The boat is basically like a motorhome on the water. it has a 20 gallon hot water heater, it has a electric cook-top stove and a microwave, has a full-size house refrigerator, it has a full-size shower and a full-size bed,A love seat with double recliners, it is wired for cable TV and has a digital antenna with a 48 inchsmart TV. It also comes with a 7000 Watt Honda generator which easily runs the entire boat. Topside has a 30 foot sundeck with recliners and a four sided table with umbrella.

As far as shipping that will be the responsibility of the buyer I can assist with lining up shipping if needed.

The boat can be transported by truck after the railing and air conditioning unit are removed to meet height restrictions for bridges. The boat is 40 feet long and 13 feet wide and requires wide load transport permits.

If you would like to leave the boat at its current location in the Marina the slip will be available for approximately $300 a month plus power usage bill.

A $500 deposit is required immediately after auction ends via PayPal.
