Catamaran Cruiser 30' Houseboat

You will be bidding on a 2000 Catamaran Cruiser 30' Houseboat with a Yamaha 100 HP outboard motor and trailer included:When I purchased this boat I was told turn the key and go, well that wasn't the case. I had to replace many things on the boat such as the old generator with a newer Onan 2,8, 2 brand new deep cell marine batteries, headlights and inside lights, indoor and outdoor speakers, I put $1,000 of welding into the trailer plus 4 brand new tires and rims, new screen door, ropes and bumpers.Boat has a 40 gallon fresh water holding tank which has hot/cold water, A/C works great, 2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, radio with CD player, sliding pond off back deck, ladder in front and back, 3 entrances on boat, beautiful upstairs sun deck surrounded with a railing that collapses for traveling purposes.The Yamaha outboard motor is a 4 stroke which is very fuel efficient and uses regular gas.
