carpet could be replaced, not necessary. Teak wood was varnished by other owner, I sanded, and put first coat teak protector, to bring back complete luster of new needs at least two more coats at $18.00 per coat applied with spong, easy job.

Condition is great, has fly bridge, don't know condition of canopy, it's there but I never used it., has kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, microwave, has to be seen to appreciate. No leaks, 2 bilige pumps, 2 chevy motors each with 270 horse power runs great.
