This houseboat is currently hauled out of the water for hull inspection.
The boat interior has been fully renovated, featuring a two-way propane (marine safe!) fireplace, new kitchen, and roof raised on the whole back half of the boat so as to expand the interior living space. Cedar closet, cork flooring, tons of storage room, and a ton of new insulation so as to stay cozy in the winter and cool in the summer!
The vessel includes all-new plumbing and electric, two-way propane fireplace, cork and hardwood flooring, new washer/dryer (2-in1, LG model) unit, marine head, shower and sink, bottom-freezer refrigerator, kitchen cabinetry and sink, shore power line, water bladders (2, each 90 L), water heater (2009), 12 V. electric lines and battery (2011), air conditioner (2009), and seacocks (2010). The outside decks and stringers need work still, but the boat interior is move-in-ready and the exterior work necessary is largely cosmetic.
Sleeps up to 6, and great for entertaining, especially on top side flybridge (and extra room in cuddy cabin for air mattress or extra bed. Four-burner electric stove, generously-sized fridge, great storage space and counter space! (Queen size bed in aft cabin and cuddy space, sofa-bed could easily fit in forward living room area).
Motors and Genset do not run and have been disabled, will need rebuild at best. Engine stringers need repair. Fuel tanks have been removed. This renovation was geared toward making the boat a liveaboard with all the creature comforts, currently no maintenance, other than fresh water winterization, required as is. Boat is liveable as is. Liveaboard slip may be available, with additional money and terms,at Fort Washington, MD, 12 miles outside of Washington, DC.
