Entire hull below waterline stripped bare, Tuff Stuff

epoxy barrier coat applied, Interlux Act

W/ IR applied, non-skid surfaces painted with Tuff Stuff Non Skid.

Full service on engine: Rotella 15/40, Fuel Filters and secondary filter, Oil Filter, Air breather, air filter, water impeller, Cooling system serviced, filler cap replaced and pressure tested, V belts replaced, Transmission stuffing box serviced, Rudder packing replaced, Prop reconditioned and pitch adjusted,

The Cape Dory is structurally sound and in overall good mechanical condition. Will need some TLC; however, is functional as-is. I purchased the Cape Dory in 2012, at which time I had the engine and cooling system fully serviced as well as additional maintenance performed. All work performed by J& R Marine Services in North Fort Myers, FL. Boat was transported to Sanford, FL and re-launched in January 2013. The Cape Dory has been used sparingly on an inland, fresh water Florida lake sine being re-launched. Stored in covered, fresh water berth in Sanford, FL. Interior is dated and could use new curtains and upholstery; however, all cushions are in good condition. Engine runs strong and transmission shifts freely. Recommend having the heat exchanger serviced as temp will climb if running at high speed. No issues at cruising speeds. Upper helm oil and temp gauges operational; however, not accurate. Also, upper helm Hummingbird fish finder and Icom ICM 80 are non operational. Horn needs replaced. Bench seat currently removed from flybridge for rebuilding, brackets, bases and cushions in good shape, needs new wood and upholstery. Refrigerator is fully operational; however, has corrosion on front, bottom edge. I have personally never used the stove and would recommend running new lines from the propane canister. Bilges are clean and always dry. Main cabin window seals have hardened and are in need of replacement.

Flybridge can easily be removed for transport.
