Comments: The electrical system, including the shore power cord shore power inlets, batteries, wiring, circuitry components and circuit protection equipment was visually inspected and most of the components were test operated. Overall, the electrical system appears satisfactory-good. The condition of the batteries is beyond the scope of this inspection.
Comments: Safety equipment for firefighting protection appears marginal. The portable fire extinguishers are out of manufacture date. The floatation devices appear satisfactory and are located fly bridge area. The distress flares were not seen on board. There are no carbon monoxide detectors on the interior. The one smoke detector is not functioning. The navigation lights are installed and appear satisfactory. The ground tackle, including the anchor and chain rode, was inspected. The entire length of the chain rode was not inspected at the time of this survey and should be so inspected prior to use.

The bilge pumpwas visually inspected and energized. The vessel appears to be structurally sound,and upon completion of the recommendations the vessel should be suitable for itsintended purpose as a near coastal cruising vessel.
