I will send the full survey to qualified bidders on request, who can show proof of funds)Comments: The vessel was inspected while afloat only. The vessel was not taken outon a sea trial with the surveyor on board. The hull bottom was inspected and percussionsounded from the interior only. The hull bottom appears satisfactory-good. However, theantifouling paint is at the end of its service life. The hull sides and transom were visuallyinspected while the vessel was afloat. The hull sides and transom appear insatisfactorygood structural and cosmetic condition. There are some dings, gouges,and scrapes, on the hull sides and transom. The deck and superstructure were visuallyinspected and randomly sounded and appear in a structurally satisfactory-goodcondition. The deck hardware, including the safety rails, mooring devices, and hatcheswere visually inspected and the hatches were opened and closed. Overall, the deckhardware appears in satisfactory-good condition. The structural reinforcements,including the stringers and bulkheads, were visually inspected and randomly sounded.The structural reinforcements appear satisfactory-good. The condition of the coringmaterial within the stringers, decks, and elsewhere as applicable, is beyond the scope ofthis inspection. The interior cabin spaces are generally neat and orderly. Overall, thecabin spaces are in good cosmetic condition.Summary: Satisfactory-GoodComments: The engine and transmission were visually inspected as installed. Theexternal surfaces and peripheral components of the engines and transmission appearsatisfactory-good. The engines and transmissions were test operate from the slip to thehaul out area. The engines and transmissions appeared to function normally. The enginecontrols appear properly arranged and installed. They were test operated and appearedto function normally. The engine exhaust system appears properly arranged andinstalled. The propulsion components, including the propeller shafts and shaft seals,were visually inspected and the propellers were hammer sounded and spun. Theyappear satisfactory-good. However, the port shaft-packing gland exhibits signs ofcorrosion. The starboard side was not seen. The steering system was visually inspectedas possible and test operated. The steering system appears satisfactory-good.However, the starboard rudder packing gland is leaking water. The port and starboardpacking glands exhibit signs of corrosion. The ventilation systems appear good. Thethrough hulls were visually inspected and test operated, they appear satisfactory.However, the engine room through hull valves are stiff to operate.Summary: Satisfactory-Good

Comments: The electrical system, including the shore power cord shore power inlets, batteries, wiring, circuitry components and circuit protection equipment was visually inspected and most of the components were test operated. Overall, the electrical system appears satisfactory-good. The condition of the batteries is beyond the scope of this inspection.

Comments: Safety equipment for firefighting protection appears marginal. The portable fire extinguishers are out of manufacture date. The floatation devices appear satisfactory and are located fly bridge area. The distress flares were not seen on board. There are no carbon monoxide detectors on the interior. The one smoke detector is not functioning. The navigation lights are installed and appear satisfactory. The ground tackle, including the anchor and chain rode, was inspected. The entire length of the chain rode was not inspected at the time of this survey and should be so inspected prior to use.

The bilge pumpwas visually inspected and energized. The maintenance log was notobtained. The owner appears to keep the vessel well maintained,electrically, mechanically, and cosmetically. The vessel appears to be structurally sound,and upon completion of the recommendations the vessel should be suitable for itsintended purpose as a near coastal cruising vessel.
