I've been looking for a Howard 28' for 10 years with the expectation I would never be able to afford one. Well, I finally got my hands on a project boat but I pick up my new Lavey Craft next month and I really can't justify keeping this around til I can get the time to work on it. 2003 28' Howard Bullet. Mid cuddy. Bottom of boat is in good condition, only damage is from salvage and moving of boat after incident.No trailerBoat had a houseboat blow over on top of it and sank. It needs fiberglass work around the cockpit. Hatch needs attention. Some interior needs fixed. I will include the IMCO power flow manifolds with custom tail pipes.
