6) detailed cleaning

9) engine room should probably be stem cleaned just for cosmetic purposes and door control. Previously when vessel was having major engine work done there was duels in the bilge and never had time to properly clean everything out since I have been working in China for almost 1.5 years

Hull speed and top speed of this boat is 10 Kts, with both engines and generator running WOT she burns 4 gallons per hour
Cruising speed is 8 Kts, does not matter if going into or with tide and current, 8 its is steady and even in 5-6 foot seas, she likes 8 knots
