Bolger Watervan

Well restored 24' (25' 6" long with motor overhang / 7' 6" wide / 8' tall) Phil Bolger "Watervan" houseboat for sale. Was redone by carpenters in Brooklyn NY last winter. (When photos were taken)All original documentation, process plans, restoration photos are available including all wiring plans, build plans and machinery manuals.Bought it as a project 3 years ago and after enjoying it for a summer realized I enjoy building them more than motoring them (not to mention the marina hiked the slip fee and I just can't float the cost any longer)Mahogany wood for all detail internally, cedar decking on the roof. All additional fixtures are top of the line and newly bought last winter including batteries and depth finder/GPS.Suzuki 2001 115HP get her going at about 18 so she's not quick and shouldn't do well in open water but on a lake or bay does wonderfully as a pleasure cruiser.She sleeps 4 with 2 full size beds, has full interior lighting, stereo, speakers, fridge etc. No bathroom, no running water.Registered until 2020 in NY.Clean title.Currently located at Marina 59 in the Far Rockaways NY.Need to sell before April 15th so don't be shy with offers to take her away.NOTE : Things to be done include : refitting the doors as the wood has swollen slightly making them a little sticky to open / new onshore power connection cord (mine was stolen this winter), a solid wash and clean (has sat since last fall on the hard).Trailer not included but it can be set on one by the marina, buyer responsible for shipping, sold AS IS with knowledge that all equipment worked as it should last season and motor was winterized.
