Once they started out at Tug BoatAnnie'srestaurant and used the Dania Cut Off canal and made way into deep water and the island of Grand Bahama. They left early around 6:00AM and cruised for a short time with the Discovery also going for that destination.Even with a new and un-comprehensibleGPS that just wouldn't work Jorn led them safely to the smoke stacks at Freeport by 4:00 PM that day simply by deadreckoning, compass readings and of coursecalculatingthe currents. This is a solid strong houseboat designed to be a coastal cruiser. It can easily navigate itself to the Florida Keys, explore the edges of the everglades (2 foot Draft) and even go to the interior of Florida and visit OkeeChobee lake and traverse southern Florida.
This is a two bedroom (there are 2conventionaltwin size mattresses for the upstairs and 2 foammattressesfor the down stairs bedroom), two bathroom, complete kitchen, fully functionalhouseboat with a nice living room and sun deck.
