Deposit:We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 or 10% of your winning bid whichever is greaterwithin 24 hoursof auction close. In that instance only, the deposit amount state in the listing is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The deposit may be paid either via PayPal, certified funds or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express only).

Full Payment/Balance:Balance is duewithin 3 daysof auction end. Payment MUST be made in full prior to picking up this item.

In order to complete all financial transactions and paperwork, the buyer MUST provide a valid form of picture identification (Passport or Driver's License). All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before the item is released. The item's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. Your shipping company (if applicable) cannot sign for you. Once complete payment is made, we will send all necessary paperwork to you.

Pick Up:Item MUST be picked up within 5 days of auction closing. Arranging and paying for pick up and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Any storage or dock fees assessed after the 5 day period will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items not picked up in a timely manner will be relisted and deposit will be forfeit.

An appointment to pick up your item is required.

All applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase, registration, title transfer, or licensing of this item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the item will be registered.

We DO NOT register/title donated items in our name. Our titles are signed over from the donor to us. In the absence of a title, buyer will be provide paperwork - as noted in item description - to achieve successful transfer of ownership through state agencies where the item is being sold. If you intend to title/register this item in a different state, please check with your local DMV or other governing agency to confirm that you will not have problems titling/registering this item out of state.
