Bertram 31 Open Wheel House Sport Fisherman

For sale at my dock in Pompano Beach FL. is my Bertram 31, named: Affinity. USCG Doc.Official. The Bertram has had a complete refit in 2014/15/16, The entire hull was Soda Blasted and Sanded and Painted in a spray booth with Awlgrip 2000, Color: Oyster White. The vessel was completely gutted and rebuild. Originally she came with just the Upper Station, but was converted to Upper and Lower Station with a new Teleflex Sea Star Hydraulic system, also the Teleflex Twin Engine Morse type Controls were applied.The motors were replaced with 2x GM 350/5.7 (290HP), Crate Motors with the original Volvo Transmission transfer boxes. The 1.3/8" stainless steel shafts were renewed and Lasdrop Dripless Shaft Logs were installed and the 17"X17" three blade propeller were balanced. New stainless steel oversized rudders were installed. It has 3x Bilge pumps on board, one fore & aft and on 1 mid-ship.The boat was also completely rewired with the main instrument panel located in the foreward starboard side cabin. Radio: ICM 504 vhf, Xantrex 40 Amp Battery Charger & Aims (1500 W) Inverter (115v) and Raritan electric marine toilet and holding tank, in main cabin to USCG specifications. The boat has an older Garmin GPS 2010 Navigational Chart Plotter & Depth Sounder. Also a new Fuel Tank (187 Gal) and Water Tank (2x 40 Gal) were installed. The engine fuel flow is controlled by FloScan.There is a Powerwinch and several anchors + short stainless steel chain & braided rode on board. All currant safety equipment, including EPIRB ACR 406 Global Fix and AIS are on board. There is a nice MRD Cabin and topside Stereo sound system.The Bertram 31 was inspected and (Pettit Trinidad) bottom paint applied, last Oct 2020. There are no blisters on this hull!! There is an older survey report (2016) available and the vessel is insured by BoadUS.May I say, for someone who is looking and is familiar with the brand Bertram 31, this refit was done not only correctly but in great detail, during a period of 3 years under a surveyor supervision at great expense.
