Beal Island Custom Lobster

Up for auction is a custom 1965 Beal Island Lobster boat. Keel was laid in 1965 and hull was finished in early 90's. Boat was pulled out of the water 3 years ago for custom work and re-powering and has only been back in for sea trials to insure motor was in good order. The old stove with old copper gas lines has been removed, has not (will not) been replaced. There is a head which an old Electrasan unit was attached to, which has been thrown away. There is no holding tank or freshwater tank. They were going to be replaced so were thrown out (not included). The Bow rail was added, was not original to boat but very useful for those with families.Title in hand, can also provide Bill of Sale as well as receipts from work done on boat by local woodworkers/engineers/marinas. Last survey was conducted in 2012 and can provide a copy of that as well upon request. No liens on vessel. It is currently on blocks in a marina in Kittery, Maine and its storage is paid through end of month.Reason for selling is I have moved out of area and have no means of storage or time in current state.
