Baha Cruisers Conquistare

1993 baha cruiser 271 (27feet) conquistare (1 owner) Approximately 330 original hours, Used in fresh water its whole life north of the caloosahatchee on a man made finger lake system, kept on a lift . Its in great shape for the age. It has a 5.7 volvo penta 570, with a full tuneup done jan 2019, runs absolutely great. Recent carb rebuild aswell. (Jam 2019) .. Duoprop outdrive also serviced and all bellows and seals and clamps replaced Jan 2019. . 2 brand new marine batteries, with a built in inverter charger. All dash guages work and all engine functions work as they should. It has a full camper top that will also break down into a bimini.. ( isen glass needs replaced) the Inside of the cabin is in decent condition , (barley used) it has a range stove top(never used) that is also alcohol. It has a refrigerator and a microwave (never used) all functions as it should. Full head with shower. It has a pretty roomy aft cabin. The v/birth folds into a fullsize bed. There is loads of storage on the boat. All interior lights work. Brand new marine sterio installed and a new vhf installed to. 115v reciptical on the port side gives it potential to be kept at a marina for a livaboard or just have fun! The boat runs and functions as it should. Its an old boat so YES it needs some updating and things will need replaced in the future as the boat gets used. But its a fully functional boat right now. There are a few small blemishes on the gelcoat every here and there but nothing serious. Im pricing the boat under its potential value.
