This live-on Ocean or Lake boat has two fresh Chevy 305 cubic inch engines. Two rooms downstairs. Main with bow bed, kitchen, dining area, and head with shower. Has an additional room below Command Bridge with a sleeping and recreational area. . Has a swim platform and spacious Command Bridge area. With the kitchen table fold out conversion and aft cabin it will sleep six. Fuel Capacity is 110 gallons, twin tanks. I bought this from the previous owner who had already purchased the mechanical parts (rebuilt outdrives, engines, exhausts, manifolds, etc., etc) and he invested over $6,200.00 not including the purchase price. Thefreshmotors and rebuilt drives are in my shop andare not installed. Another shop on site can install them for you. Their quote is $1800 for installation. The beam is 10 feet six inches and the weight is 10,500. If someone wants it shipped with engines out, I will palletize motors and drives and arrange for crane to place on your trailer or commercial boat hauler trailer. I was going to redo upholstery on the command bridge (3 seats), replace small section ofcarpet downstairs, and plastic holding tank. Some of the full canopy has had new plastic windows replaced and re-seamed. There is no trailer in this sale.
