We need two in number trash skimmer boats as per following specs:Self-Unloading, Trash Skimmer Vessel designed for cleaning Harbour, Sea, and Port, built in proven reliable standard proven design and equipment with high-quality standardized components and equipment/ machinery/system of marine grade. • Self-Unloading Trash Skimmer Vessel shall be based on a robust steel catamaran hull to operate in tropical environment in Karachi Port Trust (KPT) harbour. The Trash Skimmer Vessel shall easily remove the human-made and organic floating debris: logs, tires, litter, leaves, bottles, cans, ropes, fish, and plastics etc. • Self-Unloading, Trash Skimmer Vessel shall be capable to Self-Unload Trash + Debris to the land or other vessels hydraulically / not need a crane.
CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY The Trash Skimmer shall be constructed as per rules and requirements of Class(if applicable) BV / LR 5 Other IACS members.

Plate Thickness Sides… minimum 8 mm, Carbon steel, Marine Grade • Plate Thickness Bottom… minimum 8 mm Carbon steel, Marine Grade 5. 01x Main Engine, total power of 140 – 150 KW at 1600 - 1800 rpm or having sufficient power rating for the intended job with Diesel Tank Capacity of 500 liters or more 5 6. GENERATORS Two diesel generators of suitable capacity shall be provided of European/Western country origin. Supply shall be made available on a common bus bar and suitable panel. All safeties should be suitably accommodated in the switch board. Where necessary these shall be environmentally controlled with provision of suitable air-conditioning. 5 7. Hydraulic System The Trash Skimmer shall have a hydraulic System for mechanical lifting and movement of hopper and other accessories. An alternate system shall also be provided as redundancy. The system shall be equipped with hydraulic accessories / piping / valves / gauges / safeties / filtration and alarm system. Batteries back up supply shall also be supplied for the safety / control system in case of power failure.
Control cabin/ pilot house :Control cabin with 360 degree view stable cabin for two (2) person including following : • Control console • 2x pilot /Captain Chair: Height adjustment, front back positioning etc. • Control cabin / Pilot house shall be equipped with all essential equipment and safety / alarm / control panel, A/C Unit. 5 9. Lighting System • Type of System: International Navigational vessel lighting system • Lights Style: Spot lights and floodlights • Signal Mast: Signal lamps for navigation 5 10. CONVEYOR BELTING • Material: High Strength Nylon • Driven : Hydraulic motor FRAME • Material: Carbon steel • Fasteners; Stainless steel Marine grade 316 L • Anti-corrosion: 4 layers marine epoxy IP paint scheme; Zinc anode Protection for underwater material 5 11. TRASH COLLECTING DUMPER TRUCK Supply of Trash collecting diesel Truck / lorry / Dumper along with cargo body (fabrication of body for trash) to collect the garbage / trash material with hydraulic dumping system with 10 tons capacity.
SUPPLY OF FOLLOWING EQUIPMENTS : • Desk top (computer ) latest model /version along with all necessary softwares with LED Monitor of 40 inch size 01 set • Laptops 2 nos.( 15 inch )latest model /version along with all necessary software especially control/diagnostic software • Color laser printers 2 nos and scanners 2nos DEVELOPMENT OF USER FRIENDLY SOFTWARE Development of user friendly Software to record the data for collection and disposal of Garbage daily, monthly and yearly basis. The software shall be capable of differentiating the various types of debris / garbage . The data shall be displayed on console at MPCD/EHS office AT Keamari GM(Operation) ,Chairman Office and MIS Department at Head Office and linked through VAN/Radio link /fibe.
