We are selling our well taken care of pontoon boat. LOADED with options, we thought this was our last pontoon but we just upgraded so this one needs a new home. 2001 Aqua Patio by godfrey marine. This is a well laid out party barge that we have continued to upgrade over the years. I will list all upgrades below. The includes a float on style trailer with brakes as pictured. This pontoon has 538 hours on the boat. In 2004 upgraded Engine to a Mercury 60hp Bigfoot outboard engine. The engine has only around 400 hours. It is a four stroke and has annually been winterized, oil changed, spark plugs. Freshwater boat always covered. Not rot or damage. Stored indoors in the winter. This has a few small dings and dock scratches as expected. We have used this for years with family and never had an issue. Just add gas and have fun. Clean title in hand. I am including the all season enclosure as it is custom made for this boat. We would only let one man do the work on this and his work is phenomenal. This attaches piece by piece to the pontoon canopy via zipper and snaps. You can take the pontoon out in full blown rain, chilly fall days, at night with a cool lake breeze. Fully enclosed in the fall sun it heats up inside around 65 degrees. The center door rolls up for easy access.Upholstery is in great condition, all vinyl is flexible and fresh, stitching is tight, seats foam dry and comfy. Many years left in all aspects of this boatSerious buyers only, boat is an 8/10 as we try to use it every weekend. It has a few small cosmetic signs of wear but overall a very very nice used boat.
