Albin Yachts Double Cabin Trawler

year 1982, 40ft. ALBIN double cabin trawler. Engine VOLVO TAMD40A 165 hp. Max. rpm 3500 but I cruse at 1900 to 2200 for best fuel economy. At those rpm it burns about 2.5 to 3 gal. an hour. Boat has two 250 gal. fuel tanks and 160 gal. fresh water. Generator is a 3 cylinder Kubota diesel with 8.5 kw Lemma gen pk. Water cooled exhaust on all engines Two 16,000 BTU water cooled AC units. 3 automatic bilge pumps, 4 batteries one 8D for main engine, one 8D for all 12 vdc items and two regular 12 vdc hd marine to start generator. Full kitchen refrigerator/ freezer , 3 burner propane stove with oven, microwave and double s.s. sink. Flat screen TV and stereo with speakers on fly bridge. On board 12 volt charger for all batteries. The boat has been out of the water twice. First just after I bought it, painted top and bottom changed anodes and cuttless bearings. Second time installed new 1 1/2' s.s.shaft and painted the bottom again. This boat has been my project for 3 years now but am getting up in age and have some health issues. The boat is almost complete but I will not be able to finish it. My 2 sons and I have made several trips in the last 2 years . Please note this not a toy.
