Boat is overall in very good shape. As with all Albin's, some windows have seeped water and damaged interior veneer below windows. Window glass on two windows is cracked. Refrigerator/freezer work fine but show wear.

Description:

FOR SALE: 1987 Albin 36' Trawler w/ bow thruster, 135 Ford Lehman diesel engine with under 2000 hrs. Boat and engine are in very good shape and have been well maintained. This is a very quiet and comfortable boat for cruising or live aboard. Runs at 7.5 knots and burns 3 gals. fuel per hour. Is well equipped with forward and aft cabins, each with private head/shower (tub). Galley table drops to sleep 2. Boat is equipped with completely enclosed (removable) flying bridge housing for fowl weather cruising.
