1970 Albin 25 Trawler is a Coast Guard documented Albin built in Sweden in 1970 to demanding standards to tackle the North Sea. She is hull #459 (solid fiberglass, no wood core). The same hull was used for both the sailing model and the power only model. This one has the optional sailing rig. I can deliver east of the Mississippi for $500.

Accommodations:

There are 4 berths in 2 cabins. Enter the boat via the cockpit which has bench seating either side. To the stern is the Dutch-door to the aft cabin which has two single berths under the cockpit seating area. In the cockpit, the helm is on the starboard side with a double helm seat and there is a removable dinette table between the two bench seats. The helm has a convertible top. The forward cabin is down two steps through a double-door companionway. To port is the galley with a 2 burner stove, sink andstorage cabinets above and below the counter. Opposite is the head compartment with a sink and a place for a head (the old one has been removed). Forward are two V-berths and a dinette table that lowers to expand the sleeping area. It is flanked by storage shelves and cabinets with a double anchor-rode locker in the bow.She has the mast, boom and standing rigging if you want it to use her in the sailboat configuration. There are no sails.

What needs to be done to complete restoration:

Canvas, paint, recover or replace cushions (5), replace cabin windows (6), replace wood in aft cabin and repair/replace bilge pump.

Finish it and you'll have a $20,000 to $25,000 boat.
