Adventure Craft House Boat

I have interior pics in the survey.If you do not know about this boat there are a few sources on the web where you can get info also send you a great article about them. They are designed to be " America'sno 1 trailerableHouseboat" So if you want to pull up to a campground and sleep in your boat one night then pull up to the water the next you can do it one cool piece of gear instead of having an RV and a boat. This boat has an amazing shallow draft it has an added jack plate and you can cruise at 12 inches of water in it.I purchased it in order to do a charter business. But due to my other business, I can no longer captain I was going to make it an air bnbin my canal but I don'thave the space for car parking at my house. So I, unfortunately, had to make the decisionto sell her. It has a 2016Yamahastill under its 3-year warranty and you can have it transferred. The engine has less than 20 hours on it. I had it in dry storage thenput in my canal and I would take it around the corner to our local tiki bar to get dinner every so often. I get so many people asking about. I have local interest since I just decided to put up for sale this week. I did not bottom paint it. I pulled it out of the water and took it out of town for the hurricane. I didn'thave time to power wash off the lite growth, but a quick cleaning and she will look brand new. Everythingworks the A/c the toilet fridge steering etc.I was in the middle of replacing the stereo I will give you brand new one. I do not have a trailer. You would either have to bring your own, rent, pay a shipper, or just drive the boat home.Below is some info. Also, when I purchased the boat it came with a brand new custom boat cradle which you will see in pics. Which if you are interested I will sell for a steal of a price.I included a little magazine article written up about the adventure craft in the pictures. This is not my boat but ironically it's my backyard I live right next to Bahia honda in the Florida Keys. This one has a different layout on the top console but other than that virtually identical. Hull

In the water, the Adventure Craft has only a twelve-inch draft and maneuvers turns within the same radius as a car. Unlike other keeled vessels, the Adventure Craft's patented design enables it to smoothly cut through even the choppiest of water.I have taken her out to the reef which is about 7 miles off shore.

Engine

As for speed, the vessel can operate with low horsepower as a trawler or can accommodate up to a 150 hp engine for the "get there quick" type person. I personally have the 150 and have put 14 people on the boat and no problem planning. You could put a smaller 90 on it if you ever decided.

For top performance, the 150 gains speed upward of 25 mph and fuel efficiency at 4 to 6 mpg. You could get a different prop and get more speed. With a standard 46 gallon tank, the range of travel is between 180 to 240 miles on a single tank of fuel.

Interior

A spacious interior atmosphere is one of the most unique features of the Adventure Craft recreational vessel. The generous 6'4"headroom throughout the cabin and eight large screened windows create an expansive breezy feeling.

In the daytime, boaters can enjoy four seated lounge areas equipped with a dining table on a swivel base for easy pass through. Mid-ship, the lavatory and galley are conveniently located which neatly divides the two living spaces. At night, the forward and aft lounge areas easily convert to two separatesleeping compartments for up to four persons. Privacy curtains on all windows and doors create a secure private area so that you can relax after an exciting day of fun and sun. The captain and co captain seats in the interior berth fold away nicely.
