50’ Prout Catamaran Well Under Value

50 Prout. 19.5 beam. Last survey 2020 for $172,000. Been on hard since.Boat needs stepped. Power washed outside. Bottom paint. 3 hatches leak. The interior needs some clean up and organizing from sitting on hard for over a year. Also needs a small amount of cosmetic work inside. Needs engine work and servicing (both engines use oil, raw water pump and impeller need replaced). All systems were winterized. Sump pump for shower needs replaced. All items were working as should when sailed into Maine. Low speed indirect collision on front port side above water line was repaired. No water entry. Condition reflected in price. Was a live aboard for a long time. I have added a 45 gph water maker, 2000 watts solar, 8 lithium batteries in 2020.All electronics function as should.Sails are good. Rigging is good.
