28' X 8.6' Pontoon Houseboat & Trailer Yamaha F 115 4 Stroke Low Hours

I purchase the houseboat to use it as a water camper a few months ago from a widow here in Fl. I did like the water life and purchase a bigger 60' houseboat ....don't need this one any more.

The original owner had the pontoon new from the Avalon dealer... after a couple of years decide to build the cabin on top of a 2005 Avalon Elite RC 24 pontoon ( Still $12,000 pontoon by NADA average valuewithout the motor or trailer) he was a retire mobile homes builder...build the cabin with weight and balance on mind... very strong and lite....the widow told me that before he start the cabin, he bring the boat to a pontoons builder on Okeechobee Fl. where the pontoons get extended 4 feet to improve buoyancy...making the Houseboat 28' x 8.5' wide. The pontoons sit well balanced with plenty of buoyancy on top of the water...most of this pontoon houses the pontoons are all or most under the water...specially on the back by the motor. Some of the photos show the boat on the water flotation can be appreciate.

The cabin inside look and smell new.....2 day beds with under storage, kitchen with small one burner electric range, we cook our meals with a frying pam and some meats and pastas on rice makers, microwave, 2 folding tables one for dinner the other one on front , shower with handicap commode never use ...the commode intended to use instead of potty potty like a composting toilet with peat moss,... once used... close the plastic bag and stored for disposal at dump station... we live in a 60' houseboat and use the system with great success however you can get a porta potty it will fit there... Brand new 12 volts Coleman refrigerator never used . Boarding aluminum foldingladder...36 gallons gas tank...Water from dock or from river. The house didn't came with water heater I disconnectthe main tube to make the T to the water heater ...neverfinish the job as I'm in a big remodeling on the big houseboat ....the water heater is brand new the pump is also like new and all the fittings thereit shut be an easy task to complete is just ad a pvc T and glued it backThe walls are insulated and cover outside with vinyl siding .The windows have no glass... instead they are vinyl on sliding"removable" panels with screen on the frames... they look like glass so....no braking benefit.... no bugs around .... front glass door have 1/2 slide with screen. The back door need 2 pieces of molding as a result of the remove the old small generator cover...the new generator is to big for that location it can be on the roof or on the back extension. Walking roof with ladder, the roof is made of 4" foam and aluminum cool panels very well insulated.. the cool panelmaterial itself is made to be walk on it, connecting with tongue and grove steel channelbetween panels, it is widely use on Mobil home extensions because the light weight and durability.... Double Bimini tops....Plenty of shade. 4' Front deck sitting area with original cup holders outside the front door. The rear view mirrors are ok the bases need attention.The Console is the original Avalon console have RPM, deep-fish finder, charge gauge , gas gauge, hours meter with 346 hours can be more with use... and the steering with hydraulic assist steering, cup holder and 12V connector tilt gauge there but not connected.

The motor is a 2005 Yamaha 115 4 strokes with 380 hours... I get it ready over the winter for summer....new lower grease and impeller, SS propeller, synthetic oil and new injectors , filters all replaced ....new deep cycle battery and 5 watts solar battery maintainer....$1800 Service.

Becauseof the cabin.. the top of the motor cowl when tilt it bump with the bottom of the cabin and crack a little the end top of the cowl...I show on the photos the crack not a big deal...this is just classifieds board I want to play safe on my description...it came to me like that...I planned to install a rear view camera to avoid the bump from the control... if the auction reach $14,000 I give the camera with the transmitter and monitor......however the motor have tilt control on the bottom of the cowl ...don't understand why it happen.Electric 120 volts panel with brakes . Can be connected to shore power or generator , 5000 BTU air conditioner...6 gallons electric water heater not connected brand new all fittings connections there. Included generator ...Honda like 2800 watts inverter generator with remote control starter extremely quiet ...never used the specifications state that run 8 hours on one gallon of gas at 50%.

Original Tandem Trailer with ladder and folding tongue. Special size 8.5' x 36' have small rust here and thereI was going to get the "U" connectors replace to feel it like new.. Houseboats are usually hard to drive...this boat is just so ease any one can drive it. Clear title on hand for the pontoon the trailer have to be weight and declare as a home build

CASH ONLY IN PERSON...I recommendtocome and inspect the boat "BEFORE" the auction is not a new boat and every one have different opinions...once you like the boat if you decide tobuy the boat I understand that $10,000 is a lot of cash ...We can finish the transaction on the bank lobby in town or the sheriff office down the road from the marina ...that way WE both feel secure...on this days money orders cahier check every thing can be forfeit, falsified or simply after deposited on the bank for 30 or 40 days the bank call you telling that it is a problem with the deposit....I'm selling a boat don't need the aggravation........cash carry noproblems.
