Where do I start? I bought this boat exactly 3 years ago. This boat has been in the shop for most of that time. I have so much money tied up into this thing with receipts to prove. I'm actually embarrassed to say how much money I have into it. There is NOT one single screw, bolt, wood, etc that is original. This boat is a custom made boat that is stronger than it was built. This boat is a 1970 Golden Viking Houseboat Camper Cruise. It has the catamaran hull....... clear title. There were only 300 made. I posted the old pictures to show what it looked like. This was a houseboat and camper all in one. You could also pull a skier. This boat was designed with a 125 hp motor. But I have over the course of 3 years turned this boat into a solid legitimate cruiser that can handle chop as well as 40 mph with ease. The transom is rated for twin 250hp motors. The transom is stronger than ANY brand new boat on the market today. The stringers and deck flooring is brand new and fiberglassed into place. This boat comes with a tandem axle trailer that is in very good road worthy condition. Bearings will be greased again before sale of boat. New carpet and new tow hitch. 2" ball. LED lights that work as they should.Old windows were demoed out. I have in possession Pompenette custom made windows sliders ready to be installed. The back stern was taken out. I had them make a fiberglass swoop on the back. I wanted to go with a Hinkley look. In the picture is a 300 lb man standing on it. Needless to say the structural integrity of this boat is beyond most new boats today by a mile. The helm also is beyond sturdy. It is custom made as well and fiberglassed together with the boat. The sides are fiberglassed in with a light composite material. When fiberglassed to the boat it is literally rock hard. There is a brand new electric 120 volt 5 gallon hot water heater. The gas tank is a 23 gallon tank. And is brand new.The fresh water tank is on the other side. It too is a 23 gallon tank.As pictured this boat has been water tested. No leaks.Needs:1. Paint and Primer including bottom paint2. As your reading this the splash pan is being installed.3. Reinforced ceiling. I'm 205 lbs and I can stand on the top swim deck. But I would like for at least 4 adults to be able to safely stand and jump off.4. Windows need to be installed.5. Rub rail.6. Helm steering wheel.7. Outboard motor and controls.I wanted to put a sliding glass door on the back to close up everything.I wanted to make a dinette table that turned into a double bed.I can keep going and going. But I'd bore you. I have literally a 1000 pictures and many videos of the progress on this boat from day one. I have all the receipts of money I put into this boat. I'm selling because I'm newly married and my dreams and aspirations of cruising the Florida Keys in this boat are yesterdays news. Please call phone and ask me questions. I'm not in a hurry to sell. No lowball offers. I will block you.ThanksVince
