1997 SEA RAY 370 Aft Cabin W/CAT Diesels

1997 Sea Ray Aft Cabin 370 equipped with CAT 3116 MUI diesels (1160 hrs) and a Westerbeke 8.0 generator (810 hrs).I have a lot more pictures/videos, engine running, boat underway, etc. Message me with your e mail or # and I can forward.Forward stateroom and bath w/shower, aft stateroom and bath w/shower, laundry room w/ washer/dryer.Plenty of cabinets and storage everywhere on this boat.This Boat is highly optioned and has had A LOT of recent mechanical upgrades.All parts are OEM or CAT brand only (have receipts).-Stainless steel anchor windlass w/foot pedals @ windlass-Central vacuum system w/hose & multiple hookup outlets-Washer/dryer-Engine oil changer (onboard)-Garmin & B&G electronics w/radar-VHF & Hailer-Autopilot-3 A/C units-Aft cockpit bar area w/ sink-Newer/larger hot water heater-Vaccuflush toilets-Electric sliding/reclining salon couch into a large bed-Polished wood cabinet interior-built in electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer-New custom salon window blinds-Fuel tank feed selector valves (easily accessible)-Etc, etc, etc....-Boat had a complete bottom paint job (full sanding, cleaning, fairing) in '22-Running gear was all removed, checked at the machine shop and reinstalled-New cutlass bearings, dripless shaft seals, rudder packing, etc.-New A/C units & water pump in 2018.-Brand new batteries (5 total).Boat is turn key, only needs canvas top and a few small cosmetic items.-Engines have had fuel injector check (few replaced just to be sure) full coolant flushes, fresh oil/filters, fresh fuel filters-wiring and hoses have all been gone through and cleaned up, nowiring "nests"...extremely clean rigging.-Exhaust hoses, water intake hoses, engine exhaust manifols ALL replaced with new oem parts.Boat needs Canvas (I do have the old canvas) and generator fuel shutoff solenoid. Not a big deal, just wanted to mention.I have pictures and receipts of work done, including engines and running gear work.Only selling due to life change.. relocating.This was going to be our "great loop" and Keys boat.Clean & clear title.
