1996 Vortex Obsession BBC Performance Power Boat

This Obsession Powerboat is a beautiful 1 of 9 made under Obsession Powerboat company. The hull design started off in the Eliminator powerboat lineup as there 33 foot option, years later the molds were bought by Obsession and moved from the west coast to the east. The Obsession Powerboat company wanted to build a top of the line cat with big power, comfort, and style with a sleek look, thats when the Obsession Vortex 33 came alive. Making the cover of powerboat magazine in 1994 the company also put out a smaller single engine cat and a 27 foot v bottom. There were only 9 of the Vortex 33s made with the earlier ones pushing up to 900 hp blower motors and more exotic power. The last one of the 9 made they used a more reliable BBC power when the fuel injected 502 mpi high output came out which is whats offered in this 1996 Obsession Vortex 33. This was the last 33 to come out of the Obsession plant before the molds were sold off to Warlock to make there SXT line of boats. This boat is a one of a kind that has been refurbished and used in fresh water lake of the ozarks as a performance pleasure boat. Some of the options that are on this boat but not limited to, Twin 502 mpi hp, Imco Hydraulic steering, Gaffrig gauges, Bravo one lower units, Water separators, Gaffrig throttls, Mirage props, Garmin GPS, depth finder, Marine stereo just to list a few. Over the past few years the boat has been completly painted with new vinyl grafics and design, motors have been gone through, new exhaust manifold, custom embroidered interior, oil changes every year, maintained regularly stored in dry storage on a Rocket all aluminum triple axle trailer(included in sale).
