1992 Sea Ray 170 BR (Bow Rider)

Beautiful refurbished, rebuilt, restored, upgraded, updated, Sea Ray Bow Rider. Bought this boat in Minnesota eight years ago and moved to Utah six years ago. With the Sea Ray being a solid well built craft, decided to bring it back to near new condition with a complete overhaul. Invested LOT'S of time and money. Boat and trailer started out as maroon, (see last photos) and repainted it to navy blue. Improvements: rebuilt side panels, cargo wood floor panel, replaced carpet, new seats, added two more speakers for total of four new speakers and Kenwood Marine Stereo, new throttle and cables, new steering wheel, control unit and cables, new depth and temperature gauge, new horn, front nav light and 12volt Aux plug. Boat length 17 ft, Beam 7.1 ft, total length on trailer 21ft, weight 1900 lbs.

Engine is Mercruiser 3.0L. Most engine parts replaced, fan belts, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, DST coil, new carburetor, fuel hose, fuel pump and filter, starter solinoid and relay solonoid, gas tank sending unit, new ignition switch, new prop, added " Cobra Edge" on rear drive....a triangular fin on the out drive which adds greater "out-of-the-hole", trim and cruise performance, stainless steel lower end skeg protector, new telescopic swim ladder, new blower fan, new bilge pump and new battery under warranty. Added Bimini top and button down travel cover.

Trailer has new spare tire and almost new main tires, rewired and added upgraded LED light, replaced wood and carpet bunks, overhaul of winch and jack, replaced fenders, bearing and sealed with bearings buddies.

Accessories included are: almost new all weather boat cover, new 15.5/13 pitch prop, tow ropes, two inflatable tow rafts, orange safety flags, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, life jackets, paddle, telescope pole, Also includes recent Boat Alert Report......similar to Car Fax.

Wife and I are retired with son still in high school. During Covid, we've discovered RVing and with other interests, have taken us away from the lake.

This great boat is "Drive to the lake" ready.
