1984 Sea Ray Boat 20' Monaco With Trailer

I bought this boat with the intention of making it a grandfather grandson project, but sadly some health issues prevent this at this time. I bought the boat from an older gentleman that had it for many years. He said the boat had set up since 2020 and had not been used since. He said he couldnt get the engine to start and it was difficult for him to climb back and to over the top so he sold it. I have not tried to start it and have no idea what may be wrong with it. The trailer is in great condition. I pulled it home at 70 MPH with no issue. The tires have plenty of tread and the lights work as well. The boat hull is in great condition with minor scratches. The interior needs attention with weather cracks in most of the cushions. For someone with some mechanical knowhow this could be a beautiful boat. It also has a new propeller that has not been installed that was supplied by the previous owner. Previous owner gave me a box with owners manuals and some different books and material.
