Payment is due when auction closes. One paid we will relase the boat asap and give you all the details to make pick up arrangements as well as title and registration transfer. We reserve the right to relist or sell to another person if auction winner fails to meet any of the deadlines including full payment at auction close.

There will be no refunds after 5 days of payment received or once you take possession of the boat or take possession of the signed title from the boat owner even if you decide not to transfer the boat into your name or you have a change of heart before or after you take possession of the boat and/or title or do not take boat or title at all.
