Will need TLC to get it running. I simply don't have the time to finish. 14 hour workdays. The port motor was the one we were using but it started overheating. When I pulled off one head I saw there was a hole in the piston. So it would need to be pulled out and rebuilt. The starboard motor has a complete top end rebuild, new carburetor, heads were milled, was turned over since rebuild but not broken in since it needs a traced problem between key and starter. I moved it to this marina using an outboard motor (not included). There is an on-site boat mechanic at this marina. If buyer needs to move it, I recommend paying the next month's rent to get it running or bring an outboard or a boat to tow. Otherwise it can be repaired here or just live aboard and take your time.Live aboard slip. This is the last live aboard slip available at this marina, but there are other storage slips. If you are unfamiliar, true live aboard slips are rare and there are years long waiting lists in some marinas. It is true there are many "sneak aboards" which is when people pay for a storage slip then live aboard because a particular marina doesn't enforce. This is a true live aboard slip which includes a U.S. mailbox so you can put this address on all your information. Its your home address. I was a sneak aboard at another marina and had a po box and waited nearly 5 years for this spot. It's paid to the end of the month, at which time if buyer doesn't take the live aboard slip, someone else may. I pay around $300 monthly, water included, plus metered electric. Live aboard is subject to clearance with management. They don't run credit, but don't allow loud parties or shady characters. If you want to party, get her running and take her out, raise hell, then come back to the marina to recover. Barbecues and get-togethers on top deck with low music is fine. Nice quiet little marina to live in. Rent is month to month, no contract. Management phone number will be supplied to winning bidder.
